Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us.

Refund Policy

At Sarangi and Company , we aim to deliver the best possible service and design concepts tailored to our clients’ needs. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:

 Credit Card / Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to the original credit card within 4–15 business days.

 Payment Gateway Transactions: Refunds will be made to the same account through which the payment was received.

 Online Wallets : Refunds will be credited back to the respective wallet account used for payment with in 3 – 7 business days.
